Commitments:
- Monitor the safety of products and services which present health and safety risks, and provide accurate and sufficient information on their composition, use, maintenance, storage and elimination
- Avoid misleading advertising, as well as abusive sales practices, and offer products and services that respect quality commitments and contractual conditions
- Ensure proper handling of customer claims and good faith in dealing with litigations
- Respect customers’ and consumers’ privacy and protect personal and confidential data
- Avoid putting undue pressure on suppliers and sub-contractors and promote socially responsible behaviour throughout the supply chain
