- Encourage positive employee-management relations by respecting trade union rights, promoting discussion on social issues, collective negotiations and employee participation
- Prevent all forms of discrimination and base decisions on skills and equal rights
- Prohibit the use of child labour, forced labour or illegal labour
- Respect human dignity and fundamental rights
