Commitments:

  • Act to develop skills, facilitate career development and promote initiative and responsibility
  • Reward effort and provide clear information on compensation and social security
  • Conduct reorganisations to reduce unfavourable impact on employees
  • Respect health and safety legislation and implement prevention measures to reduce professional hazards
  • Encourage positive employee-management relations by respecting trade union rights, promoting discussion on social issues, collective negotiations and employee participation
  • Prevent all forms of discrimination and base decisions on skills and equal rights
  • Prohibit the use of child labour, forced labour or illegal labour
  • Respect human dignity and fundamental rights
