Fondations Capital is led by Xavier Marin and Philippe Renauld, who have a long history of investing together and have demonstrated their ability to source high-quality upper mid-market investment opportunities, to add value to portfolio companies and to carry out exit strategies successfully.

The founding partners have assembled a team of highly skilled investment professionals, joining them from leading private equity and advisory institutions and having a strong history of working together. Their diverse professional backgrounds provide Fondations Capital with investment experience and multiple skills sets, thus leveraging the firm’s extensive market reach.

The team currently operates from its offices in Luxembourg and Paris.
