Arnaud JOUBERT, Investment Director
Arnaud Joubert joined Fondations Capital at its inception and is an Investment Director of the firm.
Arnaud Joubert was previously a director in Rothschild's Debt Advisory & Restructuring team in Paris, which he joined in 2001, and where he worked with Jean-Marc Prunet.
Prior to joining Rothschild, Arnaud worked in the investment banking group of Société Générale in Paris and Goldman Sachs in London, where he advised a number of European companies on various M&A and capital market transactions, starting in 1996. In 2000, Arnaud Joubert set up an internet company which he subsequently sold in 2001.
While at Rothschild, Arnaud advised a large number of French and European companies and private equity firms on the structuring of several acquisition debt packages for leveraged buyout transactions and was involved in several other operations.
Arnaud is a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris and holds a master's degree in international tax law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
