Jean-Marc PRUNET, Investment Director
Jean-Marc Prunet joined Fondations Capital at its inception and is an Investment Director of the firm.
Jean-Marc Prunet was previously a member of the private equity team of Eurazeo, which he joined in 2006. At Eurazeo, Jean-Marc was involved in the Europcar, Fraikin and APCOA investments.
Prior to joining Eurazeo, Jean-Marc was part of the investment banking team of Rothschild in Paris and London, where he advised a number of large French companies and private equity firms on various M&A transactions.
Jean-Marc is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris and has a law degree in business law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
