Philippe RENAULD, Partner
Philippe Renauld is a founding partner of Fondations Capital.
Philippe Renauld was formerly an Investment Director and a member of the Management Committee of Eurazeo, which he joined in 1997. Prior to joining Eurazeo, Philippe worked at Arthur Andersen from 1994 to 1997, where he participated in auditing and consulting assignments in various manufacturing and service sectors.
Beginning in 2002, Philippe worked exclusively on projects connected to building Eurazeo's large-scale Private Equity business, including structuring and monitoring the Fraikin, B&B Hotels, Europcar and APCOA investments. He was a member of the Supervisory Boards of Fraikin, B&B Hotels and APCOA, and a member of the Board of Directors of Europcar.
From 1997 to 2001, Philippe was involved in other private equity activities at Eurazeo, including investments in Chantemur Heytens, Manoir Industries, Flamel, Oberthur Card Systems and Ipsos, as well as the development of investment activity in Private Equity funds and various early-stage venture capital investments.
Philippe is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris and is a former French Navy officer.
